Eligibility: The Expedia® Elite Plus™ Your Trip's On Us ("Sweepstakes") is only open to Expedia® Elite Plus™ members who had become members prior to 7/1/10 & who are legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia & are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees & their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, & siblings & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & those living in the same household, whether or not related, of each of the following: Expedia, Inc. ("Sponsor"), MasterCard International Incorporated, MasterCard customer financial institutions, credit unions, alliances, & processors (collectively, "MasterCard customer financial institutions"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T" and/or "Administrator"), teamDigital Promotions, LLC ("Interactive Promotion Agency") & their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, officers, directors, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, agents, licensees, sponsors, representatives, successors & assigns, & advertising/promotion agencies (collectively "Released Parties"), who are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, & local laws & regulations. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on 7/1/10 & ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on 7/31/10 ("Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes will be divided into (31) daily drawings. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" begins at 12:00:00 AM PT & ends at 11:59:59 PM PT. There are (2) ways to enter. 1) Make a Qualifying Purchase: Automatically receive (1) Sweepstakes entry for each Elite Plus™ booking transaction made during the Promotion Period. A Qualifying Purchase must include at least one airline ticket or one hotel room night. Transactions that do not include at least one airline ticket or one hotel room night are not considered a Qualifying Purchase. Only transactions booked using an existing Expedia.com account associated with an Elite PlusTM member's enrolled email address are eligible. Bookings made as a guest are not eligible; or 2) To enter the Sweepstakes without making a Qualifying Purchase & receive (1) Sweepstakes entry, visit www.expediaeliteplus.com, click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes entry form. Follow the instructions provided to fully complete & submit the online entry. For all entries: Limit (1) entry per person & per valid e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated daily limitation will be void. Your Elite Plus™ booking transaction and/or your submission of an online entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes & your consent for Released Parties to obtain, use, & transfer your name, address & other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. All entries must be made by 11:59:59 PM PT on the applicable day to be eligible for that day's drawing. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, garbled, or undelivered entries, purchases or transactions; or for any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, 3rd party transaction classification or processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; garbled, misrouted, jumbled, delayed, or scrambled transmissions, typographical and/or printing errors in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; or human-processing error. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, equipment, programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, human error, or other difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the awarding of prizes, or any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified & all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any & all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited & all entries through such devices are void.

((31) Daily Prizes /(1) Prize Per Day:A cash prize equal to the winning Elite Plus™ booking transaction, not to exceed $4,500. In the event that a winner is selected from the non-purchase entries, the winner will receive the average dollar amount of Expedia's members' total eligible bookings on that day. If any winner who made an Elite Plus™ booking transaction used a MasterCard card to make the booking, he/she will also receive a bonus $500, as set forth below. If any winner who entered through the non-purchase method was a MasterCard cardholder prior to 7/1/10, he/she will also receive a bonus $500, as set forth below. (Maximum Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize=$5,000). If the winner is eligible for the MasterCard cardholder $500 bonus, the Daily Prize & bonus will be awarded in the form of a MasterCard Gift Card. If the transaction is made with any other form of payment other than a MasterCard Card, the Daily prize will be awarded in the form of a check. MasterCard Gift Card restrictions may apply. All prize details including the form in which the prize is awarded are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Federal, state, & local taxes & all other costs & expenses associated with prize acceptance & use not specified herein are winner's sole responsibility.

Winner Selection: Potential Daily Prize winners will be selected in a total of (31) individual random drawings, one for each day of the Promotion Period. Drawings will be conducted on or about (5) calendar days following each of the days in the Promotion Period from among all Qualifying Purchases & online entries received for the respective day of the Promotion Period with the first drawing on or about 7/6/10 & the last drawing on or about 8/5/10. Entries will only be included in the drawing for the day the transaction and/or non-purchase entry was made. All drawings will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization. Winners will be notified by P/S/T by telephone, email, and/or mail at Sponsor & P/S/T's discretion. Making a Qualifying Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning for any day in the Promotion Period will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable day's drawing. Eligible entries for one daily drawing will not carry forward to subsequent daily drawings. Prizes will be awarded to the Elite Plus™ account holder (as determined by Expedia's account records) named on the account used to make the entry.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion due to prize unavailability or causes otherwise determined solely by Sponsor, & then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Potential Daily Prize winners will be required to execute & return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release within (7) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification & awarding of prize to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue as determined by Sponsor. If prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if such documents are not returned within a specified time period, winner will be disqualified & an alternate winner for the drawing at issue may be selected. If a potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & agree that: 1) Sponsor shall have the right & permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, biographical information, photograph, and/or other likeness, & prize information for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any & all media or format, online or offline, now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission, or notification; & 2) Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever for, & will be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry & modify, terminate, or suspend Sweepstakes for any reason, including should virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, actions of entrants, or other causes corrupt or impair Sweepstakes administration, security, fairness or proper play &, if Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from those eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing prior to event requiring such modification, termination, or suspension. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant & must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail account by the Internet Service provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS & SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT & RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW. Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any & all disputes, claims & causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, & exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Washington. All issues & questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation & enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights & obligations, or the rights & obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, & construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Washington.
